Acceptance of terms
By using this site or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or the products.
License grant
Our products are licensed, not sold, under the GNU General Public License, version 2.0. What your plan covers and how site limits work is described on our license page.
Payment and renewals
Plans are billed annually. Renewal is not automatic — nothing charges your card without you choosing to renew. If you don't renew, your downloaded products keep working; you simply stop receiving new updates and priority support.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day refund policy. If a product isn't right for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund.
Acceptable use
Don't use our products or site to do anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or attack our services. You're responsible for the sites where you install our products.
No warranty
Our products are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the products will be error-free or meet every specific need.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robot Duck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the products or site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
